What is Shine Museum?
Shine Museum — now in its 4th edition — is Shine's unique immersive application experience, where you will personally have the opportunity to test your skills as a tour guide/art explainer.
Instead of a traditional interview, you’ll rehearse and present your interpretation of artworks, showcasing your ability to engage, inspire, and connect with audiences.
If you’re passionate about art, storytelling, and sharing ideas — this is your moment to shine. We will guide you through the full process upon selection, it all starts with your application.
How does it work?

You will receive a brief about the art piece which you need to memorize.

Present and showcase your talent.
Visit us at the Shine Museum and give us a tour.
