It's a fun and creative experience that will test your recruitment skills, while offering you the chance to work with Shine.
How does The Recruiter Challenge work?
Complete the challenges:
We invite you to the ultimate Recruiter test. You will have one hour to prove yourself as the best Recruiter over a series of exciting challenges.
Report your findings to the hiring manager.
After completing the challenges, you will sit with the hiring manager and report your findings, discuss your decision, and share your insights.
Submit your answers.
Submit your answers in our Challenge Form. You will be awarded points based on your answers, the candidate and hiring manager's feedback.
"I took the challenge, now what?"
Upon completing the #Recruiter_challenge, candidates that Shined will be given the opportunity to join Shine on a full-time or freelance basis in one of our various exciting recruitment roles.

Who is Shine?
Shine is a Saudi events services company specializing in the recruitment and management of event staff, hospitality, and crowd management. With thousands of local and regional staff, we have supported major events in Saudi Arabia, including global motorsports, music concerts, exhibitions, and conferences. We provide vital support for event operations and logistics for clients, talents, and multinational guests.

Yes, you are more than welcome to apply even if you are not an experienced recruiter.

Each applicant will go through shortlisting process. While we would like to invite all applicants, there is a limited capacity of the Challenge.

Of course, if you are not a recruiter but want to challenge yourself, you are welcome to apply!

The Recruiter Challenge will take place in July. Specific participation dates will be announced in emails to shortlisted candidates.

You will be divided in groups and participating in the challenge together. This unique and fun experience could take approximately 1 hour.

Unfortunately this is an in-person challenge that can’t be conducted online.
